The room was great. Very pleasant. Loved the shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great communication. Nice facilities and good location. We didn't take advantage of the coupons, but it was nice to have them. The air conditioning was top notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Restroom was clean and big. My wife wish there was a place to sit in the shower so she could shave her legs.

Breakfast was fantastic. The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the towels were soft!!!

I've stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Its a great pleace. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. The facility is perfect. Always worth it.

The breakfast was incredible. Most hotels have generic fast breakfast, but your hotel had a tremendous array of selections, and the food was fantastic. The happy hour complementary two drinks was a real treat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at many hotels in McAllen over the years and this could be the best. Rooms are spacious and pristine. It has the best facilities and the breakfast offers eggs a la carte. It even has three elevators, which might be a first in this city!

The location so close to the convention center, restaurants, and a mall, was perfect. We didn’t need a car- everything was within walking distance.
